Professional Global Art Magazine, “Vergil America” invites you to the first special art-festival “Blowing Flags in San Bernardino.” The festival is significantly headed with the printed flags, which express various global artists’ artworks, in the beautiful valley in San Bernardino; moreover, it is so meaningful moment when hundreds of flags are blowing on strong wind at the same time because it is represented of the harmony and unification of the global culture and art.
